Daily Schedule

DAY 1: Pickup from Bagdogra Airport and Transfer to Gangtok.

(Distance 120 km | Driving Time: 4 hrs)

• Arrive at Bagdogra Airport (IXB), and proceed towards Gangtok.
• Check-In to your hotel and freshen up.
• Spend the evening leisurely.
• Check out your locality, try local cuisines at MG Marg or simply relax in the charismatic environment.
• Overnight stay in Gangtok.

DAY 2: Gangtok to Lachung, Stay in Lachung

(Distance 110 km | Driving Time: 6 hrs)

• After breakfast and proceed towards Lachung.
• En route, visit Singhik View Point which is surrounded by lush green hills and has the Teesta River gushing right below it. 
• Check out the magnificent views of Mt. Khangchendzonga
• Visit Seven Sister Waterfalls 
• Visit Naga Waterfalls that lies on the way to your hotel in Lachung
• Check-In to your hotel and relax in your room.
• After having dinner enjoy a peaceful overnight stay at Lachung.

DAY 3: Gangtok to Yumthang Valley, Transfer to Gangtok

(Lachung to Yumthang Distance 25 km | Driving Time: 1 hr one way)

• Post breakfast, drive to Yumthang Valley (12,000 ft).
• Yumthang Valley is also known as the “Valley of Flowers”.
• Visit Hot Spring, which is believed to have some medicinal properties.
• You can visit Zero Point there are no civilian roads beyond that.
• Head back to hotel then check out and head towards Gangtok.
• On arrival at Gangtok check-in to your hotel.
• Rest of the evening will be free for leisure.
• Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Note: Zero Point is Optional at an additional cost of approx Rs  3500/- per vehicle

DAY 4: Visit Changu Lake & Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (Watch Story)

(Distance 52 km | Driving Time: 2 hrs One Way)

• After breakfast and proceed for a full-day excursion tour.
• Visit Changu Lake which has an average depth of 50 ft.
• Spend some blissful moments at the banks of this serene lake.
• Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (Watch Story)
• You can visit Nathula Pass Indo-China border at 14450 ft altitude.
• Return to your hotel, and overnight stay in Gangtok.

Note: Nathula Pass on the China Border (Except Mon, Tue) at an additional cost of Approx. Rs 4500/- per vehicle to be paid on site if permit issued.

P.S.: In the case of a landslide, Tsomgo Lake will remain closed, but a visit to an alternate place will be provided.

DAY 5: Gangtok to Pelling via Ravangla | Visit Buddha Park

(Distance 125 km | Driving Time: 5 hrs)

• Post breakfast, hop in the vehicle which will take you to Pelling.
• Temi Tea Garden- is considered as one of the best tea gardens.
• Char Dham- It is a Replica of the Chardham Yatra. The major attraction is a 108 ft gigantic statue of Lord Shiva (Hindu God) in sitting posture.
• Buddha Park- It has a mammoth 130 feet high statue of Buddha on the northern end of the park.
• Transfer to Pelling, check in to your hotel and relax.
• In the evening, you can choose to explore the town.
• Overnight stay in Pelling.

DAY 6: Pelling Half Day Sightseeing and Transfer to Darjeeling.

(Distance 80 km | Driving Time: 3.5 hrs)

• After breakfast, proceed towards Pelling half-day tour.
• Visit The Skywalk which is located opposite the 137 ft tall statue of Chenrezig, amidst the magnificent Himalayas. 
• The Pelling Skywalk is India's first glass-bottom Skywalk. 
• Pemayangtse Monastery- one of the oldest monasteries of Sikkim
• Rabdentse Ruins- ruins of the capital of Sikkim Kingdom in 1670-1814
• After lunch, you will be taken to Queen of Hills- Darjeeling.
• Arrive in Darjeeling and Check-In at your hotel.
• Explore Darjeeling Mall road in the evening.
• Overnight Stay in Darjeeling.

DAY 7: Tiger Hill View and Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

• Wake Up early morning and leave by 4 AM to experience Tiger Hill Sunrise View casting golden lights on Kanchenjunga.
• Visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace memorial & Batasia Loop.
• Come back to your hotel for breakfast and take some rest.
• Head out again for Darjeeling local Sightseeing.
• Visit Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tenzing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Tea Estates, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed).
• End this action-packed day with some refreshing sleep.

DAY 8: Depart from Darjeeling, Bagdogra Airport Drop

(Distance 70 km | Driving Time: 3 hrs)

• After breakfast checkout from Hotel
• At 8:00 AM depart for Bagdogra Airport for the onward journey
