To show our appreciation, we’re excited to introduce TripHawker’s Guide Loyalty Program- designed to reward your commitment and ensure consistent work opportunities throughout the year.

Why Join the Loyalty Program?

Our program offers a range of benefits for guides who consistently work with TripHawker:

Daily Service Allowance (DSA): Earn Rs 2,000 per day
Cash Incentives: Unlock generous cash rewards based on the number of trips you complete. Earn up to Rs 25,000 in bonuses for completing 15 trips in 6 months.
Certification of Excellence: At the end of the program, receive a certification from TripHawker, recognizing your outstanding performance and appreciating your dedication

Cash Incentive Structure during this program

Complete 5 to 9 trips during the program to receive a total cash incentive of Rs 5,000.
Complete 10 to 14 trips during the program to receive a total cash incentive of Rs 15,000.
Complete 15 or more trips during the program to receive a total cash incentive of Rs 25,000.

Note: Cash incentives will only be disbursed after completion of the program by 15th January 2025.

Who Can Join?

Guides who are passionate about showcasing Bhutan's beauty and culture, and are committed to consistent work, are welcome to apply. Whether you've worked with TripHawker before or are new to our family, we invite you to be a part of this exciting opportunity. If your application is approved, our team will send you a confirmation email.
 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

Only guides who sign up for the loyalty program by 31st August 2024 are eligible.
Guides must maintain positive feedback from clients to qualify for cash incentives.

2. Disqualification:

Guides who cancel confirmed bookings without a valid reason may lose their eligibility for cash incentives.
Misconduct or poor performance as reported by clients may lead to disqualification from the program.

3. Payment Terms:

Daily Service Allowance (DSA) will be paid at the completion of each trip.
Cash incentives will be paid out by 15th January 2025.

Communication and Support:

A dedicated support line/email for guides to address any issues or queries related to the loyalty program.
Regular updates and feedback to guides about their performance and status in the loyalty program.
